Serving Falls Church & Seven Corners
Falls Church City, Seven Corners, Lake Barcroft, the Broad St corridor — all inside a 20 minute drive of our door. Great Falls St runs almost directly from downtown into McLean, no highway required. From Seven Corners, Route 7 west to Route 123 north does the job. Patients here tend to visit weekly at first, so the route matters; this one is short and boring, the way a route should be.

What We Treat
Research suggests acupuncture may help with several of the concerns patients from the area bring us:
- Chronic low back pain and sciatica
- Stress and anxiety, including sleep that never quite lands
- Women's health — cycles, perimenopause, postpartum recovery
- Neck and shoulder tension
Limits, stated plainly: results vary, and nothing here replaces medical care. Sudden severe pain, progressive weakness, or numbness spreading down a leg calls for a doctor now.

Why Choose McLean vs. Closer Options
There are capable practitioners nearby, and for some people closer is simply better. The 14 minute trip earns its keep when you want:
- 7-day hours, 9 AM to 9 PM — weekend and evening appointments without a waitlist
- One roof — acupuncture, cupping, tui na massage, and hot stone add-ons coordinated in a single plan
- Published prices — $150 initial, $100 follow-up, package math on the pricing page
- Licensed practitioners with 15+ years of practice, serving patients in English and Mandarin

Insurance & Payment
We accept major insurances like UnitedHealthcare and Aetna; covered acupuncture sessions are billed through your plan. Acupuncture is also generally an HSA/FSA-eligible expense — bring your card. Self-pay is straightforward:
| Visit | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Initial acupuncture session | 60 minutes | $150 |
| Follow-up session | 30 minutes | $100 |
| 5 session package | 30 minutes each | $400 ($80 per visit) |

What Bodywork Costs & Who Pays the Member Rate
Falls Church patients tend to come weekly at the start, which is exactly when a per-visit number stops being trivia and starts being a budget. Ours is $100 for a 60 minute massage. The $80 rate is the member rate: membership costs nothing and has no signup form, and it applies once you have purchased a package of 5 or more massage sessions. Session by session, a 60 minute massage is $100. That figure holds whether you book meridian work, deep tissue, prenatal or postnatal — the style you ask for does not move the price.
One line on the menu sits higher: lymphatic drainage is $120 for 60 minutes, or $100 at the member rate. Add-ons run the other way — cupping, gua sha and hot stone are $20 each with any massage and free for members, with “member” meaning the package of five described above rather than a fee.
Two things worth knowing before you book
- Massage is self-pay. The plans we accept, and the HSA and FSA questions on our insurance page, belong to the acupuncture side of the practice; HSA and FSA rules vary by administrator.
- Package totals are quoted, not posted. Text 240-715-5939 and we will give you the number before you pay for anything.
The McLean massage price guide sets our rate against the wider market, dated and sourced. Fourteen minutes up Great Falls St is a short drive — it should still be a decision you make with the numbers in front of you.
