Getting here from Tysons.
Tysons and McLean share a border, and 1481 Chain Bridge Rd sits a short way over it. From Tysons Corner Center you take Route 123 north-east; once it crosses into McLean the same road is signed Chain Bridge Road, which is the whole navigation problem solved in one sentence. Eight to ten minutes, no toll road, no Beltway merge. We are on the right at 1481, red-brick building, Ste 300.
From the office side of Tysons the trip is barely different. The Boro and Greensboro Drive add two or three minutes to reach Route 123; Capital One and the Route 7 spine run about ten; from Tysons Galleria, International Drive drops you onto 123 north and you are here in roughly seven. Most people booking a Tysons massage from a desk in one of those towers are surprised it is a shorter trip than crossing Tysons itself at 5 PM.
Arriving on the silver line rather than by car? Plan the last leg as a short rideshare. The station named McLean is the nearest one to us and still sits down Route 123 towards the Beltway — a few minutes by car, not a walk in work shoes — with Tysons, Greensboro and Spring Hill each further out again. Nobody reaches a Tysons massage here on foot from a platform, and it is better to know that before you are standing on one.
Free surface parking, not a garage
Worth more than the mileage, and checkable rather than a slogan: the lot at 1481 Chain Bridge Rd is free, at ground level, and directly at the door. If you work in Tysons you already know the arithmetic of a mall garage — the spiral up to level four, the ticket, the walk across the deck, the elevator, and the ten or twelve minutes on the way out that nobody counts as part of the appointment. Anyone who parks daily under one of the Westpark or Greensboro Drive towers knows the weekday version, where the exit queue is the part you cannot plan around. None of that here: you park, you walk in, you are in Ste 300. For a 60 minute booking, skipping the garage often saves more time than the drive from Tysons costs.
The number, before you drive anywhere
You are reading this to decide whether the trip is worth making, so here is the number with its condition attached. The $80 rate is the member rate: membership costs nothing and has no signup form, and it applies once you have purchased a package of 5 or more massage sessions. Session by session, a 60 minute massage is $100.
That is the entire mechanism. The full menu is directly below.

Tysons massage prices, published in full.
Here are our Tysons massage prices in full — the same numbers as the price table below, our pricing page, and the front desk.
| Session | Length | Session by session | Member rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meridian / tui na massage | 60 minutes | $100 | $80 |
| Deep tissue massage | 60 minutes | $100 | $80 |
| Prenatal massage | 60 minutes | $100 | $80 |
| Postnatal massage | 60 minutes | $100 | $80 |
| Lymphatic drainage massage | 60 minutes | $120 | $100 |
| Cupping · gua sha · hot stone add-on | with any massage | $20 each | Free |
Read the fifth row twice. Lymphatic drainage is the single line on this menu priced differently: $120 for 60 minutes, or $100 for members. The gap is pace, not intensity — that hour runs slower and asks more of the practitioner's hands. Everything else is one hour at one rate, whatever you ask for.
Where we sit, honestly
We are not going to tell you this is the least you can pay for an hour of massage near Tysons, because it is not. Walk-in spas in these towns charge less than we do, and one of them trades from Suite 101 of this same building — you would pass its door on the way to ours. What a Tysons massage buys at this rate is a licensed pair of hands, a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment before any pressure is applied, and an hour that is 60 minutes of work rather than 60 minutes of appointment.
Want the market laid out properly — the licensed-clinic range around McLean and Tysons, the figures, and the month they were read off those clinics' own pages? That comparison lives on the McLean price page, which holds the numbers so one claim is not kept current in two places. Coming at it from the budget end instead? What an hour costs and why answers that without the sales voice.
A lower price is a reason to come more often, not a reason to come instead of seeing a doctor. Research suggests massage may help with muscle tension and stress for some people; it does not treat injury or disease, and the evidence is modest and often short-term rather than dramatic.

What the hour includes at either rate.
Your Tysons massage is the same hour at either number. Nothing is trimmed at $80 and nothing held back at $100 — the member rate discounts the price, not the session.
- Sixty minutes on the table. Intake happens before the clock starts, not inside your hour.
- A licensed practitioner. Not a rotating pool, not a trainee — the same hands the rest of this clinic runs on.
- An assessment before anything begins. Desk setup, commute length, where the pain sits as opposed to where you notice it — the Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment then decides where the pressure goes.
- Pressure you set, and reset. Say lighter and it goes lighter immediately, no explanation required. Firm costs no more — deep tissue is its own booking at the ordinary hourly rate.
- No consultation fee — including the conversations where we tell you we are not the right service.
- English or Mandarin. Booking, intake and the awkward questions all work in either.
Cupping, gua sha and hot stone add-ons are $20 each with any massage, and free for members — “member” meaning the package described above, not a fee you pay. Ask at intake rather than booking them separately; cupping in particular reaches bands of tissue that resist direct thumb pressure.
The pattern we see most in Tysons massage bookings
It is remarkably consistent, and if you work in one of the towers you can probably finish the sentence: a tight band across the upper back and the base of the neck, one shoulder higher than the other, and a jaw clenched since the 9 AM stand-up. Nine hours at a monitor, a headset on one side, then a commute that keeps the hips folded at the same angle for another forty minutes. Add a bag carried on the same shoulder from the garage to the lift every morning and by Thursday the asymmetry is not subtle. Many people find an hour of firm, slow work through the upper back and shoulders makes the following week easier to sit through, and research suggests massage may help with muscle tension and stress for some people. It will not raise your monitor or shorten your commute, and it is not a treatment for an injury.
If that has hardened from a bad week into a pattern, our neck and shoulder pain page and our guide to desk-job neck and back pain for Tysons professionals go further than a price page usefully can, including the point where the answer is a physician.

How the rate drops without a monthly contract.
Most discounted massage rates in this metro come attached to something you sign. Ours comes attached to something you buy once, which is worth seeing side by side.
| A recurring monthly membership | How ours works | |
|---|---|---|
| What you sign | A membership agreement, often with a minimum term | Nothing. There is no signup form. |
| What you pay each month | A recurring charge, whether or not you book | Nothing. There is no monthly charge. |
| What unlocks the lower rate | Keeping the subscription active | A package of 5 or more massage sessions |
| How you stop | A cancellation process, sometimes with notice | You stop booking. There is nothing to cancel. |
| What it costs to join | The monthly fee is the cost of membership | Nothing — membership is a status, not a product |
If you already hold a studio membership near the office or the mall, this is the distinction to look at, and it is worth a careful sentence with a date on it. The national studio chains around Tysons and McLean that advertise a lower member rate generally attach it to a recurring monthly charge. Ours attaches to a package bought once — nothing lands on your card monthly, and there is nothing to cancel. Read off those studios' own published pages in August 2026; terms get rewritten, so check the current ones before you sign.
How to read a first-visit promotional rate — what it turns into after that first visit — is a longer argument than a price page should carry, and it is set out on affordable massage in McLean.
What a package costs
This is the one number we do not publish, and rather than dress that up: you get the total from us before any money changes hands. Text 240-715-5939 with how many sessions and which service, and the figure comes back before you commit to anything. The reason is dull rather than sinister — a package is built around session count and service, so a single figure printed here would be wrong more often than right. The packages page has the structure; the membership page takes the two models above apart properly.

Evenings and weekends from Tysons.
We are open 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. That is the most useful fact on this page for anyone working in Tysons: it turns the after-work appointment from theory into a thing on the calendar. A 6:30 PM Tysons massage on a Tuesday is an ordinary booking here, not a special request.
- 6:15 PM — leave the desk. If you are on the Route 7 side, cut across to Route 123 rather than fighting the mall exits.
- 6:20 PM — Route 123 north-east, which becomes Chain Bridge Road at the McLean line. Eight to ten minutes, evening traffic included.
- 6:28 PM — park in the free lot at the door and walk into Ste 300. No ticket, no deck, no elevator.
- 6:30 to 7:30 PM — your hour.
- 7:40 PM — back on 123 heading home, which at that hour is a genuinely pleasant road.
Two things make that timeline realistic rather than optimistic. First, direction: at 6 PM the queues worth avoiding are the ones heading into Tysons Corner Center and along Route 7, and you are going the other way. Second, we close at 9 PM rather than 7, so an 8 PM Tysons massage still finishes inside our hours — a late start is a real option on a night the calendar has one.
Weekends run the same hours, 9 AM to 9 PM both days — worth knowing if the only hour you can reliably protect is a Sunday morning. Lunch-hour bookings work too, though an hour on the table plus the round trip wants a ninety-minute window — be honest with yourself about the 1 PM meeting.
Availability changes daily, so the booking calendar is a better guide than this paragraph. Would rather describe the problem first? Text 240-715-5939 — usually one exchange, in English or Mandarin.

What we will tell you to book instead.
A price page that only argues in one direction is an advertisement. Here are the cases where the honest answer is that you should not be booking a Tysons massage with us at all.
Some things are not a massage problem at any price. Swelling in one leg with calf pain, warmth or redness; chest pain or new shortness of breath; fever with skin that is red, hot and tender; new weakness, numbness or tingling down a limb; or pain that started with a fall — see a physician first. We will say the same thing if you call us.
- Diagnosed lymphedema. That needs Complete Decongestive Therapy from a certified lymphedema therapist — compression, bandaging, exercise and skin care as a clinical programme, and a different qualification from ours. Ask your physician for a referral; we will tell you this on the phone rather than take the booking.
- Recent surgery. Only with your surgeon's written clearance, on your surgeon's timing, and to their instructions about what to avoid.
- Nerve-flavoured pain — burning, shooting, numb or tingling down an arm or leg — often points somewhere a massage table cannot reach. Start with a physician; our neck and shoulder page covers what may help alongside proper assessment.
- Pregnancy. Book prenatal massage rather than a general session — it is positioned and pressured differently, at the same hourly rate.
- You actually want acupuncture, and price is the constraint. Say so. A teaching clinic in Vienna runs supervised student interns at a lower fee than any private practice, ours included, and if budget is deciding it will usually beat us. Our own comparison: private practice versus a teaching clinic near Tysons.
- You are hoping insurance will cover it. It will not — massage here is self-pay. UnitedHealthcare and Aetna apply to acupuncture only, billed through your plan; our insurance page has the detail, and HSA and FSA rules vary by administrator, so check with yours.
None of that costs us anything to say. A Tysons massage booked by somebody it was never going to help is worse for us than an empty slot, because they tell people.

Booking a Tysons massage, the practical version.
Two ways in, and neither is a form that emails you back in three days. Book online and you take a real slot on a live calendar — faster if you already know you want a 60 minute massage. Or text 240-715-5939 with what hurts and when you want to come in, and we will put you with the right practitioner. Replies usually come the same day.
Then: 1481 Chain Bridge Rd, Ste 300, McLean, VA 22101. Red brick, black door, white shutters, free lot in front. First visit with us? The new patient guide covers what to wear and what the first fifteen minutes look like; arriving ten minutes early makes it calmer. Unsure which hour you want? The full massage and bodywork menu lays them out; if the answer turns out to be needles rather than hands, our acupuncture page for Tysons and the McLean clinic page cover that side.
And the number on this page is the number at the desk. Our Tysons massage prices are not a negotiating position or a rate that quietly changes once you are on the table. It is $100 for the hour, $80 once a package of 5 sessions has made you a member, and we would rather you knew both before you got in the car.
